Greetings all, thank you for stopping by our newly revamped website. It's been a very busy year here at Discmagic, and we would like to thank all our customers for your continued support. On the website we have made it easier to select supplies by machine type, and now have a dedicated page to each machine we support. We have also developed a few new products, and improved on a few from your suggestions; a special thanks goes out to all those who helped us with some "real world", high production testing. (You know who you are! Thank you!)
The results of all our efforts over the past few years have really shined through in 2009. We are supplying the disc repair industry with the highest quality aftermarket products available. The disc repair industry is strong and growing, and we continue to add new customers every day. It has been, and continues to be our goal to keep our pricing as low as possible, while keeping quality very high. With the switch to a few new key suppliers this year, we have been able to achieve, and exceed this goal. It has been a tremendous amount of work, but our final products are fantastic, and speak for themselves.
We know 2009 has been a tough year on many brick and morter video rental business. A key source of increased revenue has been offering customers in-house disc repair services, most prominent being video game repair. If your not offering this to your clients now, please look into it - it will make a difference. In house disc repair increases customer traffic, and if your offering the service while they wait, more browsing time in the store. There are a number of great disc repair units on the market, check them out. If you would like some help selecting a machine, please contact us. Everyone has different needs, and knowing which machine to buy is very important. Just send us an e-mail, or give us a call, we are happy to help.
Now onto the great news: ALL DISC REPAIR SUPPLIES WILL BE HEAVILY DISCOUNTED FOR THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2009!
