How do I order supplies for my existing disc repair equipment?
You can order supplies for your existing disc repair machines through our secure online store! We accept american express, visa, mastercard, discover, and paypal.

What types of payment do you accept?

The shipping calculator seems too high for my order??
Sometimes the shipping calculator can be in-accurate due to the small size of the products we often ship. This can be noticeable with small sanding disc orders, or very small qty orders. If you think the shipping calculator is quoting you too high price...STOP! and contact us!

What Are Your Premium Polishing Compounds Used For?
Our premium polishing compounds are designed for use in optical disc repair equipment. These special formulas are used for the resurfacing of cd's, dvd's, and video game disc's in conjunction with the necessary micro-abrasive cutting and polishing pads and sandpaper used in "higher-end" disc repair machines. These compunds are designed to work with machines, not by hand.

Can your polishing compounds be used in any disc repair machine?
STOP!!! Each premium compound we offer has been specifically designed for use a specific machine. For example, the polishing compound for RTI Eco brand machines is FAR different than what is used in the CD repairman machines, and cannot be interchanged. We have spent countless hours testing, blending, and tuning each specific formula - for each specific machine. Please make sure you are selecting the right formula for your exact machine.

Can all CD's and DVD's be repaired?

Where do I send my disc's for repair?
You can mail your disc's to DISCMAGIC P.O. BOX 846 TAYLOR, MI 48180-0846. Don't forget to download, print out and include your disc repair service form with your shipment of damaged discs. Download the form on our disc repair page.
* If you are need need of overnight disc repair service, please contact our sales team and we will provide you will an overnight mailing address and exact turn-around time for your disc's to be repaired. Depending on our production volume at time of order, most emergency disc repairs are processed in 24 hours and sent back to you via overnight delivery. Contact us for emergency disc repair pricing.

How much does it cost to fix my disc's?
We have a number of disc repair packages available to suit your needs, small or large. Pricing ranges from $5.00 per-disc for individual disc repair, and as low as $1.85 per-disc for our 100 disc repair package. These prices include USPS prioroty shipping in all directions! For bulk repair pricing in excess of 200 disc's, please contact our sales team: SALES@DISCMAGIC.NET. We will custom taylor a disc repair package and pricing based on your business needs!

A disc mailer is a specially developed envelope for mailing disc's through the U.S. postal service. These mailers are designed to keep the cost of mailing a disc to standard first class postage. We use both a single, and dual disc design mailer.
One side of the mailer has a special pocket for your disc to sit in securely, and the opposite side has the customer information form and return shipping information for you to fill out.
You will notice a HUGE difference between our mailers and the "On-Line Video Rental" market cheap, flimsy disc mailers. We have tested a number of disc mailers for our repair service and have found excellent results in these *E-Key mailers. Postal processing macinery is very rough on disc's, and these are developed with a special "offset disc pocket" to combat postal processing machinery, and help reduce breakage.

What if my disc's do not play when I receive them?
If your disc(s) do not play, or will not load upon return to you, please notify Discmagic within 7 days and we will resurface the disc(s) again at our expense*. You will be responsible for sending the disc's back to us for repair, and in turn we will provide shipping back to you. Every disc is inspected by a human after the repair process, and every effort is made to provide the highest quality disc repair available on the market! Our operators will mark on the disc itself any permanent damage that might not allow the disc to play. If your disc has any of these markings from our operators, the disc cannot be fully repaired.
If your disc has any top side damage, foil damage, crack or brakes the disc cannot be repaired! Please review our DISC INSPECTION CHART to determine if your disc has damage that cannot be repaired. If your disc has any of these types of permanent damage, we WILL NOT resurface the disc again.
Please note we DO NOT provide refunds on disc repair, we will only try and repair the disc's again, or provide you with a coupon for future disc repair. Not all disc's can be repaired.

What if my disc's are lost or damaged in the mail?
We do not assume any responsibility for items lost through the U.S. mail, or any other shipping service. We do not assume responsibility for any damage that is done to your disc's during transport to our facility, or back to you. We cannot control what happens outside our facility! We HIGHLY recommend the use of our disc-transporters for shipment. You place your disc's inside the plastic transporter, then inside a box for shipment. With this method, the disc's are not exposed to the "Outside Elements", the rough treatment by postal processing machinery, and have more protection! Below is an example of our "Disc-Transporters"
Insurance is also available from shipping company's like U.S. Postal Service, and UPS at a reasonable cost. Another way to add security to your shipment is to use a service like "Priority", that will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your property. In the event a shipment is lost, you can provide this tracking number to your shipping company to help locate your package.

Are your RTI products for all RTI-ECO machines?
Yes! All the products we carry are factory OEM supplies for your ECO Brand disc repair machine. We are an authorized RTI - Disc Check factory distrubutor.
UPDATED 1/2/2017: ALL SUPPLIES LABELLED ELM OR ECO WILL WORK IN YOUR OLDER RTI MACHINE.

Are your products genuine RTI factory supplies?
YES! We are an authorized ELM Japan, and an RTI distrubutor for all ELM factory supplies and ECO Series disc repair machines.

Can I use non OEM supplies in my machine?
No! OEM supplies must be used in our machines, OEM supplies are designed for specific use in our machines. Aftermarket and Non OEM supplies can be harmful to your machine, and will VOID YOUR WARRANTY. Supplies not designed for use in ELM-RTI brand machines can damage your machine, causing overheating of the main motor, problems with disc quality, pre-mature failure of the bearings, and possible damage to the expensive electronics in the equipment.

Used RTI Machine Questions
A common question we hear is "Is this a true factory warranty" on your used RTI machines?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY!! We are an exclusive online outlet for all the used factory refurbished and trade-in RTI disc repair machines, and an authorized RTI distributor. Many machines come into trade at the factory as customers expand and upgrade their business to handle larger disc repair needs. The most common machines we see are ECO-SMART and AUTO-SMART machines that come in on trade.
All machines are factory refurbished at the RTI factory in Lincolnwood, IL then shipped to Discmagic, LLC for sale on-line to the general public. All machines come with a 1 year factory warranty.

Is there a waiting list for RTI machines?
If you would like to be placed on the waiting list for used RTI machines, please contact our sales department for information. If you are in immediate need for single, or multiple machines please let us know. This is often the case with new franchise locations, or multi-store operations.

All of our products for JFJ machines are aftermarket products. These have all been developed and tested in-house by the Discmagic team to improve the performance of your JFJ brand machine. We stand behind all our our supplies and offer a full 100% refund of your money if not satisfied!

How do I list a used machine for sale with Discmagic?

Listing a machine is easy with us!! We will need a description of the machine, and about 3-4 photos. Someone from our team will evaluate your equipment and contact you to discuss asking price, market value, etc.

Do you only sell used RTI machines or all brands?
We sell all makes and models of used disc repair machines found on the market today. Most of the machines we have for sale on our site are trade-in machines we have accepted from customers who have purchased a new RTI-ECO or Discmagic "Cyclone" machine. The others are customer consignment machines.

Can I consign my machine to Discmagic for re-sale?
Yes we accept consignment machines for sale in-house. Its an easy process; first call and speak with a member of our customer support or sales team. Then ship your machine to Discmagic for evaluation, clean-up, video and listing on the web. Your machine goes into our used machines for sale inventory and is offered to our existing customer base. When the machine sells, we pay you in full for the agreed upon price. No hidden fees, no hassle for you . We do all the work - you cash the check!
